Fix call to wrong notification_url method #316

Addresses https://github.com/shaunagm/actionrising/issues/315

Well, addresses the immediate problem, we still need to add tests and find a way to prevent problems sending emails via signals from messing up the request/response cycle.

Just for reference, this hotfix has been merged onto master and onto the release branch (https://github.com/shaunagm/actionrising/commit/a22625fff15e4bbc4dec582dcc665acd2d5ace92) but not into develop, per the instructions in contributing.md.
