update_manager JS is overwriting html #3

Topic_inlines have gotten a bit more complicated and may need to be separated out from update_manager, or success() may need to call two different functions, one for topics and one for contacts/groups.

Fixed using JSRender. See function append_topic() in smalltalk.js and topic_inline.txt in static/html_templates
