Issue with case-sensitivity of name #3

Case sensitivity of name should not matter. Currently, the app allows same name (disregarding case) with exact same details.

Though seems like the planned enhancement to change uniqueness of person to matric number fixes this issue, case sensitivity of name still shouldn't matter for other operations.
