Inline edit project name #223

On click of a Project name at the top of a page the area should allow for inline editing of the project's name.

@jasonfarrell I was looking at this issue next to familiarize myself with api and data model. I was going to use angular-xeditable for inline editing, would need to save that to bower.json. Just wanted to clear that with you first in case you already had an alternate method.

@jameslkent that's a great idea. Also be sure to add the file to index.unprocessed.html and grunt.yml.
