Local control of color bulbs #129

As discussed only a short time ago, it might be nice to add local control for wyze bulbs.

I went through the motions and figured out what it would take, and the answer is, not much!

Anyway, if this fits into your api, I thought you might like to see and use it.

I upvote incorporating local control as a option for wyze bulbs.

After I implemented it, I observed that a set of six bulbs can be turned on in under one second.
