[Feature Request] Unzoned maps list #1157

It would be nice for the mapchooser to have a list in either the nominate menu or in the admin menu for maps which are not found on the db as zoned maps but are included in the map folder or the mapcycle

that one does not have support for workshop maps, plus it would be a nice addition to the timer seeing that it already has a mapchooser
