Phone numbers not supporting different country codes

1. Add a new patient using edit T0123456A p+6588888888

Expected: In the case that not all patients are from the same country (e.g. coming over for travels and not having a Singapore number), it would be useful to be able to add the country code like +65 and +44

Actual: Application currently does not support the addition of things that are not numbers (like + or other indications)
