请为overture添加版本查询命令选项 #124

我正在开发overture自动更新脚本，需要从命令行获取overture版本号。而现在的overture 1.4版的命令行参数只有 -c -l -p -v四项，希望能添加-V参数实现执行overture -V返回overture版本号的功能。谢谢。
