Gamebox games fail to run in Windows.. ftor requires #11

For some reason, the lines that require "ftor" don't work in windows unless I change them to require "rubygame/ftor".

There are issues with using ftor if you have a previous install of rubygame floating around somewhere. Can you check that for me?

I've definitely only got the one install of rubygame, however, it wasn't installed via gem. Perhaps the instructions I followed for installing the rubygame binary were missing something?
