Saving a modified model does not work through certain proxies #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new BPMN 1.1 model at http://www.oryx-editor.org/try
2. Save the model
3. Modify the model
4. Save the model

What is the expected output?
"Saved"

What do you see instead?
"Das Speichern ist fehlgeschlagen."

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
The error message should be more verbose.

If http://bpt.hpi.uni-potsdam.de/Oryx is opened through the proxy of
www-cache.rinformatik.uni-stuttgart.de, only the content of the page is
displayed. I assume the CSS style cannot be opened.

Switching off the proxy enables saving again.
