Delete invisible elements from SVG output #348

As-is:
The SVG output is rendered properly in web browsers. However, SVG editors
such as InkScape and Gimp show certain elements that are supposed to be
invisible.

To-be:
Before delivering or saving the SVG file, the invisible elements should be
removed so that all SVG renderers render it in the same way.
