Controll of Sequence-Flow-Labels #420

The labels of Sequence flows can't be moved or rearranged. Therefor
sometimes its hard to designt Models with short Flow-Connectors that have
long descriptions (Labels) 

If possible it would be nice to implement a Method for moving Flow-Labels
or rearranging them like for example in MS Visio with the small yellow
rectangle.
