I don't know how to deal with my unforced data set.
I didn't give my participants any guidelines, they were allowed to sort freely. As a result, some participants put 5 statements on the "4", while others put 10, for example.
How do I deal with this in the XLXS Type 2 file? As I have understood, this is intended for unforced data. In the "pattern" spreadsheet, however, I don't know how to deal with this if there is no clear number for each Q sort column.
Does anyone have an idea or the same problem? @shawnbanasick
You can create an idealized sample Q sort pattern for your statements and input that into the Excel sheet. It will mainly affect how the composite factor visualizations are displayed in the analysis results
