The city released traffic infraction data a while back, but I can't find it anymore. All they seem to have now is pedestrian high-injury corridors data, and this awful ESRI map.

I've submitted some records requests to SWITRS and gotten some data for San Francisco from 2002-2014. They come with a data dictionary and everything, hooray!
