Suggestion: Add "# of characters left" counter #70

Not an issue, but a feature request: Add a character counter. As the space 
per SMS is limited, it would be good to know how many chars are still left 
in the current message. This should take into account that if you send 
linked (multi-part) SMS, there're less than 160 chars available for each 
message.

Check out the compose editor UI carefully, and you'll find something :)
