GUI - plot tree using depth across all tab types #906

We currently support depth based plotting in the Cluster tab. This allows easier visualisation of trees with deep recursion (e.g. due to the link_recalculate linkage) or where some branches are very short.

It would be useful to support this across all tabs with tree plots.
