Offer page should include Details, References & Requests of Offerer #66

We want to encourage direct exchange, so we should be able to see info about the person we are exchanging with, like this.

Comments are already displayed on profile, as are requests. The only thing missing is an "about me" section.

This isn't the profile page, this is the offer page displaying the relevant info from the person's profile page.
