Hub Manager can title multiple rooms within their hub, include descriptions (e.g. capacity) and assign individual day/time slots that can be edited in the future.

Community Project Creator can select from rooms and select a certain timeslot to offer their event.

Hub Manager receives a notification of this request. Hub manager can approve/deny this request. The Hub Manager can include a note that exists as a personal chat between the Hub Manager and the Project Creator.

Community Project Creator simultaneously receives notification of acceptance or denial of their project.

If accepted, the project is visible. Volunteers or Attendees can now sign up.

Project Manager receives notification of the volunteer application. Can accept/deny and send a personal chat as well.

Volunteer receives notification + It is now displayed in the 'upcoming events I'm participating in" box on their logged in screen.
