Addresses #13

WARNING, the toggle-images are just copies of other icons ... we still need new images for this feature

@shawnlawson I don't intend for us to merge this as is, I was hoping to bug you for an icon (no rush at alllllll though)

as discussed in #13, there's already a keyboard shortcut: CTRL+SHIFT. So I am just updating the README in PR #11 to point this out.
