Just a reminder to check and normalize these before we push the new documentation.

Are we going to style the copyright symbol as (c) or are we going to use &copy? The (c) symbol is making my OCD go nuts.

We can change it to &copy. I just did that part really quickly. The footer is open for full modification, so if there is anything you want to put in / change, feel free. We can also add in some more stuff to the header if we want as long as we don't make ti too cluttered. And more to whatever pages we need. Feel free to tweak at will.
