added GUI "support" for OS X El Capitan 10.11 #5

The conditional that prevented the GUI on versions before 10.9 also prevented the GUI on El Capitan. The change doesn't appear to have any side effects and the GUI runs as well as it ever has. This change may be unnecessary if 2.0 is coming soon. Thank you

Is this downloadable from the jackal.org site? What is the best way to install this version? I tried downloading something from the GitHub page, but none of the files appeared to be new and nothing changed once I tried installing the workflow file.

I haven't rebuilt the workflow yet, so it's not available on Packal. And the workflow file hasn't been changed on the GH repo. I got a bit of time to try to finish a few bugs but was running into problems with using the environmental variables outside of the Alfred process.
