Go to https://substrate.dev/substrate-collectables-workshop/#/README
Click next at the bottom of the page, directs to chinese welcome page
Click next again, redirects to japanese

Ideally, the "next" button would link to https://substrate.dev/substrate-collectables-workshop/#/0/introduction instread.
