Create a simple web service for a user to be able to interact with the neural network.

Home Page

This will be the main application where the user may be able to

[ ] Select a trained neural network
[ ] Use an example audio clip, or upload their own audio clip (set limits to size)
[ ] Playback their audio clip
[ ] Distort and playback the distorted audio clip
[ ] Undistort the original or distorted audio clip and playback the audio
[ ] View the calculated score between the original and undistorted audio clip

Training Progress

Page to select a neural network and view a graph of its training progress over time

Logs

Page to view and filter the application log file. Must not contain sensitive information.
