Details:

A session proposer should be able to associate multiple registered speakers
with a given session proposal.

Reason:

Many of our sessions are co-presented. In these cases it would be
beneficial to be able to associate to registered speakers with a proposal.
 This feature would also be helpful for panels and BOFs.
