Incomplete Prerequisite for Deleting a Person in Appendix A of DG #13

The prerequisite states "List all persons using the list command. Make sure there are at least 1 person in the list." Thus it is possible to have 20 people in the list.

In such a scenario the invalid index scenario would not hold.

The pre-requisite should have specified that there should be less than 18 person in the list to get this exact output.
