HousingType should not be limited to Landed, Hdb or Condominium #2

HousingType being limited to these is a feature flaw as some properties may not fall neatly into these categories. Moreover, this does not make many specifications which would be more important for real estate managing such as apartments, studio, etc.

Thanks for pointing it out. In our current version, we focus only on HDBs, condominiums, and landed properties. However, our team acknowledges that supporting other housing types such as apartments would be beneficial.
