Tickers not showing any prices, only default image

All stocks stopped working mid last week, not showing anymore prices, only the default image. I've tried swapping names/tickers, deleting entirely, putting them in new slots, uninstalling/reinstalling. Nothing appears to be working.

Looks like the Elgato Stream Deck app update that I received today fixed the issue here. Once you install the update, you'll be required to type in the Symbol again. After that it works properly.

bummer :/ - I did fully uninstall and then reinstall the new update. I don't know if that did anything differently, but worth trying if you haven't.

I just did a full delete and reinstall version 6.2.0 (18816). Issue persists.

I have the same issue, I tried updating to streamdeck 6.2.0 and unininstalling and reinstalling the plugin. The issue persists.

Not sure if this is relevant but I had the same problem this week too. The stocks stopped showing and just show the default STOCKS image (Stocks 193.22). They were working after upgrading due to the initial API update in early May, but stopped on Thur/Fri last week. The odd thing is I just went into Elgato to try out BarRaider's to see if it was broken (it is and has been since the original API change) and ONE of my stocks began updating suddenly, however the other isn't and it isn't even accepting the stock ticker value in the UI. If I add it and click out and go back in, it's still blank. I'm on Stream Deck 6.2.0.18816 which at this time, per Check Update, is the latest available.

Edit: Turns out the other symbol is just frozen, it's not updating either.

I haven't been able to repro this. So I'm using the latest version as well. Has anyone tried clearing everything out? Remove the extension and delete the old tiles and start from scratch.

I gave up and moved over to BarRaiders. They've adjusted theirs to support both the v7 and v11 Yahoo Finance API

Mine has gone back to sort of working but it's not very dependable. Almost every day I have to quit Streamdeck and re-start it just to get them to work as they get "stuck" overnight and throw a caution triangle when you press them. If bar-raider is working again, I'll probably update and try it again.

Yeah, I find this issue happens when my MacBook is waking from sleep mode. Once I restart the Elgato Streamdeck software it works fine until the next 'sleep'.
