Job Description Templates feature Here's how this new feature can work:
1. Template Creation:
In the admin dashboard or another designated area, administrators can create and manage job description templates. For each template, administrators should be able to define the following fields:
Job Title: The title of the job that will be used as a placeholder in the template.
Job Description: A detailed job description with placeholders for specific details.
Experience: Space to specify the required experience for the job.
Responsibilities: A section where the employer can list the responsibilities of the position with placeholders.
Requirements: A section where the employer can list the specific requirements for candidates with placeholders.
2. Template Management:
Administrators should have the ability to create, edit, and delete templates. They can also organize templates into categories or tags to make it easier for employers to find relevant templates.
3. Employer Access:
In the employer dashboard, when an employer decides to post a new job, they should have the option to use a template. Here's how this process can work:
Employers click on "Post New Job" in their dashboard.
They are presented with a list of available job description templates, organized by category or tags.
Employers select a template that closely matches the position they are hiring for.
4. Customization:
After selecting a template, employers should be able to customize the template fields with specific details related to their job posting. For example, they can edit the job title, provide a unique job description, specify the required experience, tailor responsibilities, and list specific requirements.
5. Preview:
Employers should be able to preview how the job posting will look based on the template and their customizations before finalizing it.
6. Save as Template:
If an employer customizes a template significantly and wants to save it for future use, they should have the option to save the customized version as a new template for easy reuse in the future.
7. Error Handling:
The system should provide error handling and validation to ensure that the necessary fields are filled out and that the resulting job posting adheres to the platform's guidelines and requirements.
8. Default Templates:
You can provide a set of default job description templates for employers who might not want to create a new one from scratch.
