Base errors are in src/errors.ts
Added typed errors for all the consumer-facing functions
Renamed src/types.ts to src/providers.ts (been meaning to do this for a long time and probably better to do it sooner than later, it's not intended for public consumption but who knows)

Fixes #99

@roninjin10 Would love another review. I did an indent reformat, so probably wanna smash the "hide whitespace changes".
