feat: Errors and jsdoc

• [x] Add full jsdoc annotations to autoload
• [x] Catch the getBytecode error
• [x] Use a promise.allSettled to aggregate loader errors
• [ ] TODO forgot to turn off formatter
• [ ] Might be a good idea to make ProviderError it's own error type?
• [ ] Might be a good idea to discriminate between which loader has an error?
