There seems to be a bug in bulk motion correction. This was noticed when Barnard star was checked for between the Python and IDL version (Barycorr).

Discrepancy is of the order of about 20 cm/s

The magnitude of the discrepancy for Barnard star with a bulk motion of 110 km/s
