"Last hour" precipitation measurements are calculated incorrectly #2

Precipitation measurements export is temporary disabled. Collecting more logs to understand how Acurite 5-n-1 writes precipitation accumulation and what does this mean

All currently known is that some "rain_mm":89.154 reported by rtl_433 lib, no idea how to interpret this
