Could you include markdown-it-admonition and markdown-it-TOC which are included in the markdown extended extension on VS-Code in the preview, as the basic VSCode previewer does?

In the documentation of the extension, the corresponding css can be found here https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/4.0.0/css/bootstrap.min.css
