vue.css下使用prince导出，只会有第一页 #1553

当配置为：

"markdown-preview-enhanced.previewTheme": "vue.css",
"markdown-preview-enhanced.printBackground": true,

使用prince导出pdf时，只有第一页。

我能确认在 MPE v0.6.1 版本中，这个 bug 还在，并且 print_background 不论为 true 还是 false 都只会打印第一页。 运行环境： 操作系统 Ubuntu 20.04, Prince 14.2
