preview fail to sync with edit windows #190

works at vscode 1.31, not work at vscode insider 1.32.
The preview does not change according with the editor content.
The code chunk does not work in vscode insider 1.32.
There is a notice about the outdated htmlpreview method.
Hope to move ahead to webview method in order to work at the coming version of vscode.

Same issue vscode version: 1.32.0 Was working on: 1.31

Also when the previewer is opened the following warning notification pops up:

⚠️ Extension 'shd101wyy.markdown-preview-enhanced' uses the 'vscode.previewHtml' command which is deprecated and will be removed soon. Please file an issue against this extension to update to use VS Code's webview API.

+1 in 1.32.0 , which requires VS Code's Webview API

I'm able to sync preview with markdown file. So, the issue is fixed? VS Code Version: 1.52.1
