Please add support for .rmd files preview #319

.rmd files are just like .md file, the only difference is their file extent names. Can you support not just .md file and make the "supported" file extention a editable list?

You can add it in the extension settings I assume.

This would be great, however I don't know where to add this setting. Any clues?
