Make Markdown-Preview-Enhanced compatible with Pulsar #768

Hi,

With the sunsetting of Atom, it would be great to have Markdown-Preview-Enhanced compatible with the community fork Pulsar: https://github.com/pulsar-edit/pulsar

I just tried it, and even if it installs and seems to load properly, the right-click menu does nothing.

I don't know if things are broken on the Pulsar side or this package, but I have read that Pulsar making update to Electron can break non-updated packages: https://www.reddit.com/r/pulsaredit/comments/zc31e5/bumping_electron_version_vs_keeping_package/

Oh I didn't know there was such a project. I will integrate it after I finish refactoring the old code. This might take a while.
