USE-flags of "derived" plugins depend on the corresponding flags of the "correct" plug-ins

They are not “correct”, but “proper” (настоящий, истинный, в узком смысле слова, полноценный, «собственный» в математическом смысле). As in, proper integral — «собственный интеграл».

По поводу '"correct" plug-ins'. Я понимаю что правильно "proper". Проблемы перевода. Буду внимательней.
