Minor project wizard issue if you (only) unselect the default location checkbox

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. New project wizard, set a name
2. Unselect the default location checkbox, but do not change the path
3. Select finish

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

  Creation Problems
  Invalid project description.
  OK
  /home/philipa/push/workspaces/workspace-4.3/foo overlaps the location of another project: 'foo'

If you reselect the checkbox, you can proceed fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.25.0.STABLE001, Ubuntu 14.04
