Toggle REPL hint (Settings) #662

There is an option "Show hints (...)" in the "REPL View" settings.
I'd like an extension of this setting such that is also applies to the new hint 
"<type clojure code here>" and toggles the visibility of that hint.

Both hints are intended to help new users and with this change long-time users 
can turn off the new hint.
