make the button useable when hiding the library bar Maybe a bug? Not sure

When in full screen library mode the arrow for the "Show installed only games" button isnt clickable. So if i want to view all my games i have to change the fluenty settings

if u put it into no library sidebar mode then u should see a grey or blue circle next to the categories/ under the search bar (also if u need me to answer something dm me on discord coz im more likely to reply and id assume its easier for u too)

It seems the button isn't even clickable, even on default steam theme, are you telling us that this button doesn't work or are you stating the fact that this button should be useable?

considering this is a feature request I'm saying it should be usable since theres no way to toggle it without the side bar.
