[Feature] SteamVR button

Describe the feature you'd like!

I would like to see a button for the SteamVR button in Fluently. Right now, it's empty and a blank space, which throws off the alignment of the notification button.

You'll need to go to http://localhost:8080 -> Steam, then click the little box with a cursor, then hover the "Enter VR Mode" element and click it.

Then send a screenshot of the whole webpage. I can't do this myself because I don't have a Steam VR

The problem style is at the bottom, Highlighted element is the icon for SteamVR button
