[Bug] Chat box and emoji icon appear to be retaining the original Steam skin appearance

Describe the Bug

Upon opening a chat with someone in your friends list, the chat box, emoji selector and attachment box appear to be out of place and not in-line with the theming style of Fluenty.

Expected Behavior

The chat box should appear like it's out of place with the theme when looking at it. See screenshot for reference.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Steam with Millennium and Fluenty 1.3.0
2. Open Friends
3. Open any chat with a friend
