[Bug] Options in Steam's settings (and possibly the game's properties window) still use the default styling #61

Before Reporting

Describe the Bug

For some reason, the options in Steam's settings and the game properties settings are separated with lines, retained from the default Steam interface theme.

Toggles and sliders also seem to be affected.

Expected Behavior

It should look something like this, from Fluenty's skin page on Millennium: undefined - Imgur

Steps To Reproduce

Open Steam's settings, or right click a game you own in your library, and select Properties. You should see lines that separate the individual options/buttons.

Operating System

Windows

Anything else?

The game properties' options are also affected, including the non-Steam game properties' options.

Ah, you're right. Whenever Steam updates the UI, portions of the skin break. We clearly missed this one in the updates, thanks!
