It has been reported that Millennium broke on Windows 7 recently; and as I don't natively run it, I noticed nothing of the sort. It's possible this gets a fix soon however there is a lot on the todo list so bear with me :)

ok, so how do i know if it installed?
start steam and go to settings -> interface and look for open millennium. by your screenshot you provided though, it seems your on windows 7, which isn’t properly supported

Closed for inactivity, and for lack of planning to support Windows 7
When opening the installer executable on Windows 7 (ultimate), I get an error
"The procedure entry point DiscardVirtualMemory could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." This error message appears 3 times before stopping
