Chat Names - job abbreviations in the wrong spot while chocobo racing #80

During chocobo races, there are no party numbers in chat, but the code is expecting a party number to be present. So chat ends up looking like:

(NFSH ame of character) Message

instead of

(FSH Name of character) Message
