Static webpages with preliminary content

This issue should take care of the following points:

Before developing the webpages it's important that you understand the concept of Material Design as the project is supposed to follow the idea of Material Design. From the official website:

Material Design is a visual language that synthesizes the classic principles of good design with the innovation of technology and science.
You are free to use any CSS framework in order to develop the web pages as long as they are in the provision of open-source philosophy.
Go through the specification document (as mentioned in Readme.md) very carefully in order to understand the nuts and bolts of the web pages.
Refer to this wireframe to get a good idea of what kind of web pages we are looking for. You are very welcome to suggest designs, however.

@sayakpaul can I revamp some design like current navbar, about us section is not attractive and theme colour which is not going well with this.
