FR: Splash screen or informational message when app is manually launched #47

The current behavior is for Yo to do nothing if the Yo.app bundle is double-clicked. That might be confusing for Mac users who browse their /Applications/Utilities folder and are curious about the app, and could even lead to some people deleting the app because they think it's broken.

Improved behavior would be for Yo to display an informational message (either in the form of a notification, or a small dialog box if extra space is needed) that says, basically: "Yo is a tool deployed by your IT administrator that allows displaying important messages as macOS notifications." There would be a single "Quit" button on the dialog, or perhaps the dialog would self-dismiss after a few seconds.
