Add third receiver #108

Hi,

is it possible add third receiver? I tried it and it seems that its easy to modify current pdb layout to add third receiver. 4066 has one free switch for it. My code is proof of concept but I tried use it on field and it works excelent.

Have a look at @rcdesigns MultiDiversity fork... This probably won't get implemented into the main project unless some one wants to head up doing all the documentation and design boards around it.
