change the year from 10 to 12, this will add the ability to retrieve keys for 
the newest models. in the source code the dictionary is calculated only for 
years from 4 to 9 that's why a lot of key were missed. now i'm trying to create 
a new dictionary with the above source modified an do some tests

after patching and creating the new dictionary the software crash, i don't know 
why. please can someone tell me for what years does the dictionary cover ?

Our dic has a undocumented sequence number that when you increase the years it 
probably overflows. I will check it out.
